1Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document and all related jl3win policies:

• "Platform" refers to the jl3win website accessible at jl3win.cam, including all gaming products, payment systems, account management features, support channels, and promotional programmes operated thereunder.
• "We," "Us," "Our," and "jl3win" refer to the operator of the Platform, operating under the regulatory framework of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• "You" and "Player" refer to any individual who registers an account on the jl3win Platform or accesses any part of its services.
• "Account" refers to the registered personal account created by a Player on the Platform, associated with a unique username, verified identity, and account balance denominated in Philippine Peso.
• "Funds" refers to any amount deposited by the Player into their jl3win account balance using a supported payment method.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free spins, cashback, or other non-cash incentive issued by jl3win to a Player's account, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government agency responsible for regulating gaming operations in the Republic of the Philippines.

2Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on the jl3win Platform, accessing any game or service, making a deposit, or clicking any acceptance confirmation during the registration process, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms constitute the entire and exclusive agreement between you and jl3win with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior representations, understandings, or agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the same subject matter.

3Eligibility

Access to and use of the jl3win Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required by PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines;
• You are a natural person and are not acting on behalf of or for the benefit of any third party;
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by jl3win or PAGCOR;
• You have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Philippine law;
• Your use of the Platform does not violate any law, regulation, or ordinance applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence.

4Account Registration and Verification

4.1 Registration Requirements

To create a jl3win account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process, including your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if it changes.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may register only one (1) jl3win account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. jl3win reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all accounts associated with a single individual found to be operating multiple accounts, and to forfeit any balances held therein.

4.3 KYC Verification

jl3win operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process consistent with PAGCOR requirements and applicable anti-money laundering legislation. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (such as a Philippine National ID, passport, or driver's licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable time may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

4.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. jl3win will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials. You must notify jl3win's support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

5Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jl3win accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Unionbank, and USDT. All transactions are denominated and settled in Philippine Peso (PHP). jl3win does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name and must match the verified identity on your jl3win account.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform. These limits are subject to change at jl3win's discretion and may vary based on payment method, account verification status, or applicable regulatory requirements.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review before processing. jl3win reserves the right to request additional documentation prior to approving any withdrawal. Standard GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within ten (10) minutes of approval; bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day. jl3win does not guarantee specific processing times and will not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

jl3win complies fully with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended). Suspicious transactions may be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law. jl3win may freeze accounts and withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation of any flagged transactions without prior notice to the account holder.

6Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All games and betting activities on the jl3win Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and individual game rules, the individual game rules shall prevail with respect to game-specific matters.

Bets placed are final and cannot be reversed once confirmed by the system. In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or connectivity interruption that affects the integrity of a wager, jl3win reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the Player's balance. No additional compensation will be provided for losses arising from technical interruptions.

All game outcomes on jl3win are generated by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by real physical game equipment. jl3win does not manipulate game outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all games are published in the game information panels within the Platform.

7Bonuses and Promotional Offers

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonus offers, free spins, cashback awards, and other promotional incentives issued by jl3win are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as applicable) must be wagered before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements and expiry periods for each promotion are communicated at the time the offer is presented.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

jl3win reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or void any bonus and associated winnings if there is evidence that the bonus was claimed in bad faith, through the use of multiple accounts, by coordinated play with other players, or through any other method intended to circumvent the spirit of the promotional offer. Determinations of bonus abuse are made at jl3win's sole discretion.

7.3 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers

jl3win reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already accepted and actively subject to qualifying wagering activity at the time of the change, except where continuation of the offer would be unlawful.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jl3win Platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other technology to interact with games or exploit Platform features;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other multiplayer format;
• Exploiting software errors, system glitches, or unintended mathematical advantages in any game;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring, or suspicious financial activity through the Platform;
• Impersonating another player, jl3win employee, or any third party;
• Registering an account using false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information;
• Using the Platform for any commercial, business-to-consumer gaming operation without the express written authorisation of jl3win;
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Platform's systems, databases, or other players' accounts.

9Account Suspension and Termination

jl3win reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Failure to satisfy KYC or identity verification requirements within a reasonable period;
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, collusive, or illegal activity;
• Receipt of a chargeback request on any deposited transaction;
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding twelve (12) months;
• Instruction from PAGCOR, any law enforcement authority, or a court of competent jurisdiction.

Where an account is suspended due to breach, jl3win reserves the right to retain any funds held in the account pending investigation. Where an account is closed at the Player's request and no breach is present, any verified balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method after all bonus wagering requirements have been assessed.

10Responsible Gaming

jl3win is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base. The Platform provides a comprehensive suite of player-controlled tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible directly from the account settings dashboard without requiring a support request.

Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and are irrevocable for the minimum duration selected. During a self-exclusion period, the Platform will make reasonable efforts to ensure that excluded players do not receive marketing communications and cannot access gaming features.

11Intellectual Property

All content on the jl3win Platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, logos, trade names, user interface designs, promotional materials, text, and database contents — is the exclusive property of jl3win or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior express written consent of jl3win.

12Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl3win shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of gaming opportunity, or any other intangible losses.

jl3win's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms, however arising, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their jl3win account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jl3win does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical failures, or circumstances beyond jl3win's reasonable control may result in temporary service unavailability. jl3win will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and to communicate planned downtime in advance.

13Privacy and Data Protection

jl3win collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available on the Platform and forms part of the overall agreement between you and jl3win. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jl3win complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines and will not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal information to third parties except as required by law, as necessary for the operation of the Platform (including KYC and payment processing), or with your explicit consent.

14Amendments to These Terms

jl3win reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the effective date of the change, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, your sole remedy is to close your account before the effective date of the change and withdraw any available balance.

15Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Platform, or any transaction conducted thereon shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute regarding a specific game outcome, transaction, or account action, Players are encouraged to raise the matter first with jl3win's customer support team. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through support, Players may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official dispute resolution channels as the relevant regulatory authority.
